Managing Team Members and Permissions (Premium Feature)
What This Is
Team Members is a Premium feature that allows you to add additional users to your BRS account and control exactly which sections of the dashboard each person can access. This feature is only available on the Premium plan and is not visible to tenants on the Base plan.
Where to Find It
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard, then select Team & Integrations from the dropdown menu.

How to Add a Team Member
1. Go to your profile dropdown (top-right) and click Team Members
2. Enter the team member’s email address
3. Choose which sections of the dashboard they can access
4. Send the invite
Permissions
You control access section by section. Every area in the dashboard sidebar (Dashboard, Rentals, Orders, Website, Email, Texts, and any sub-sections) can be toggled on or off individually for each team member. This means you can give someone access to only the sections they need and keep everything else hidden.

How Team Members Log In
Team members do NOT log in at the main BRS login page. They have a separate login URL:
https://bouncerentalsolutions.com/users/sign_in
Make sure you share this URL with each team member when you send their invite. Logging in at the main /contractors/sign_in URL will not work for them.
Removing a Team Member
Go back to Team Members in the profile dropdown, find the person you want to remove, and remove their access from the same screen where you manage users.
Important: If you downgrade from Premium to Base, all team members will immediately lose access to your account. The Team Members section will also no longer be visible in your profile dropdown.
