How to Run Reports and What Each Report Shows

What This Is

Reports help you understand how your business is performing. BRS includes four built-in reports you can run at any time.

Where to Find Reports

Go to Orders → Reports.

Report Types

•       Customers Report: Information about your customers. Filter by Duration.

•       Products Report: Information about your products and how they are renting. Filter by Product Category.

•       Orders Report: Information about order activity. Filter by Date Range (start and end date).

•       Sales Report: Information about your revenue. Filter by Duration.

•       Tax Report: Information about taxes collected during a given period. Useful when preparing your sales tax filings or reconciling tax totals at year-end.

Each report has its own filter at the top of the page. After choosing your filter, click Generate Report to see the results.
