How to Set Up Zip Code-Based Delivery

Steps

1.    Go to Rentals → Delivery Settings

2.    Select Zip Code-Based as your delivery method

3.    Add each zip code you serve

4.    For each zip code, set: the delivery fee AND the tax rate

5.    Save your settings

Common Issues

•       Zip code not found at checkout — make sure the zip code is entered exactly, including leading zeros if applicable (e.g. 07001 not 7001).

•       Wrong tax rate applied — verify each zip code has the correct tax rate assigned.

Tip: Each zip code must be entered separately. Do not place multiple zip codes in the same field or listing. Even if several zip codes have the same delivery fee and tax rate, they still need to be added one at a time so checkout can recognize them correctly.
