How to Create Categories Before Adding Products

What This Is

Categories organize your products on the website so customers can easily browse. You must create at least one category before you can add products.

Steps

1.    Go to Rentals → Rental Categories

2.    Click Add Product Category

3.    Enter a name for the category

4.    Save

Example Categories

• Bounce Houses

• Combo Units

• Water Slides

• Tables & Chairs

• Tents & Canopies

• Concessions

Tip: Keep category names short and descriptive — these appear as filter tabs on your website.
