How to Upload Your Logo and Set Brand Colors

What This Is

Your logo and brand colors set the visual identity of your BRS website. The steps below depend on which version of the Appearance page your account is using.


Which Version Do I Have?

  • Standard Version — If your account was created before May 15, 2026, you'll see the full custom branding interface (logo upload + color picker + hex code entry).
  • New Version — If your account was created on or after May 15, 2026, you'll see the new template-based Appearance page (template selection + color adjustments + branding fields).

Both versions are accessed the same way: Website → Appearance.


Standard Version (Accounts Created Before May 15, 2026)

  1. Go to Website → Appearance

  2. Upload your logo — use a PNG with a transparent background for best results

  3. Select your primary and secondary brand colors using the color picker or by entering hex codes

  4. Preview the changes using My Website
  5. Submit/Save when everything looks right

New Version (Accounts Created On or After May 15, 2026)

The new Appearance page uses a template-based system. Each template comes with pre-selected colors and fonts that have been designed to work together. You can adjust the colors to match your brand, but the fonts are locked to whichever template you choose.

  1. Go to Website → Appearance
  2. Select a template from the available options. Each template has its own visual style, typography, and layout — pick the one that fits your brand best.
  3. Adjust the colors to match your brand. The template will show you which colors can be customized. Fonts are not adjustable — they're part of the template design. If you want different fonts, switch to a different template.
  4. Update the additional branding fields at the bottom of the page:
  • CTA Button Name — the text on your main "Book Now" / "Reserve" / "Get Started" button
  • Favicon — the small icon shown in the browser tab (see: How to Add a Favicon)
  • Logo — your business logo (use a PNG with a transparent background for best results)
  • Invoice Logo — the logo used on customer invoices and order confirmations
  1. The page may include a few additional customization options depending on the template you've selected — look through everything below the template chooser and adjust anything else that applies to your brand.
  2. Preview the changes using My Website
  3. Submit/Save when everything looks right

Note: If you want to change the overall look of your site, switch templates rather than trying to override individual styles. The templates are designed as a whole — switching is the cleanest way to get a different feel.

Tip (Both Versions): A clean, well-branded site builds trust immediately. If your logo has a white background, get a transparent PNG version made — it looks more professional on any template.
