How to Reschedule an Order or Change the Date

What This Is

If a customer needs to move their booking to a different date, here is the correct process.


Steps

1.    Go to Orders and find the order that needs to be rescheduled

2.    Open the order

3.    Update the delivery and pickup dates and times

4.    Save the changes

5.    Send the customer an updated confirmation


Important Note

You can change the order to any available date, as long as the rental item is not already booked on that date.

If the item is already booked on another order for that date, you will see an error letting you know the item is no longer available for the selected date.
