How to Change When Automated Emails and Texts Go Out

What This Is

BRS sends automated emails and texts at specific times (e.g. order confirmation, review request after event). You can adjust when each automated email or text is sent, but you cannot change the trigger that causes it to send.


Steps

1.    Go to Settings → Email or Texts

2.    Find the automation you want to change

3.    Adjust the timing setting — for example, change 'Send After (days)' to 'Send immediately'.

4.    Save your changes


Toggling Automations On/Off

You can also enable or disable individual automations from the same screen by checking or unchecking "Check to Activate Email". Turn off any automation that does not fit your workflow.


Tip: The review request automation timing matters a lot. Sending it the day after the event (not immediately at booking) gets significantly better response rates.
