The BRS Text Messaging System is a premium feature that allows you to:

Customer Texts
Customer Texts are automated text templates sent to customers or potential customers based on specific actions or order events.
These templates are fully customizable, allowing you to edit the messaging, wording, and communication style to match your business.
Messages automatically personalize themselves using customer information, order status, delivery timing, and other booking details.

Available Automated Customer Texts
Order Confirmation
Automatically sent when a customer places a new order.
Typically used to:
- Confirm the booking was received
- Reassure the customer
- Provide basic order details
Delivery Reminder
Sent before scheduled deliveries.
Typically used to:
- Remind customers about upcoming delivery times
- Help reduce setup delays
- Prepare customers before arrival
Google Review Request
Sent after completed bookings.
Typically used to:
- Request customer reviews
- Improve online reputation
- Increase Google Business Profile activity
Strong review collection directly impacts local SEO and customer trust.

Abandoned Checkout Reminder
Sent to customers who added items to their cart but did not complete checkout.

Order On The Way
Sent when deliveries are heading to the customer.
Typically used to:
- Provide live delivery updates

Your Texts are automated system notifications sent to you or your staff.
These are internal business alerts rather than customer-facing messages.

New Order Alert
Notifies you when a new order is placed.
Useful for:

Abandoned Checkout Alert
Notifies you when a customer abandons checkout.
Useful for:
- Following up manually
- Recovering potential lost sales
- Identifying customer friction during checkout
Send Campaign
Send Campaign allows you to manually send text campaigns to customers.
Unlike automated templates, campaign texts are fully customizable.

This feature is commonly used for:
- Promotions
- Holiday specials
- Seasonal discounts
- Slow-season marketing
- Repeat customer outreach
- Event announcements
Recipient Targeting
Campaigns can target customers based on booking history and customer activity.
Examples include:
- Customers who booked around this time last year
- Repeat customers
- Customers who booked within the last 12 months
You can also manually select recipients.
When clicking Select Recipients, BRS will display customer names and contact information already saved in your account.

Sending Options
There are two ways to send campaigns:
Send Immediately
Launch the campaign instantly.

Schedule for Later
Schedule campaigns for future dates and times.

Inbox
The Inbox stores incoming text conversations and received customer messages.
This helps centralize communication and makes it easier to review customer interactions later.

Campaign History
Campaign History displays previously sent campaigns.

From this section, you can:
- Review past campaigns
- Track previous messaging activity
- Launch a new campaign
- Access the Inbox
