Checking Your Stripe Payout Status

What This Is

Stripe payouts (transfers from Stripe to your bank account) are managed entirely by Stripe — BRS has no control over when or how Stripe pays you out.

How to Check Your Payout Status

1.    Log into your Stripe dashboard at dashboard.stripe.com

2.    Click Payouts in the left menu

3.    Here you will see your payout history, pending amounts, and estimated arrival dates

Setting Up Automatic Payouts

4.    In Stripe, go to Settings → Payouts

5.    Make sure your payout schedule is set to Automatic

6.    Choose Daily or Weekly based on your preference

7.    Confirm your bank account is connected and verified

Typical Payout Timing

• New Stripe accounts: typically 7 business days for the first payout, then faster after that.

• Established accounts: usually 2 business days from when a payment is captured.

• If payouts are not arriving on schedule, contact Stripe support directly — BRS cannot see or modify your Stripe payout settings. To verify your payment setup is working correctly, see: How to Place a Test Booking Before Going Live

Note: BRS does not have access to your Stripe account. All payout questions must go through Stripe support.
