Setting Your Drop-Off and Pickup Windows

What This Is

Drop-off and pickup windows control what times customers can choose for their delivery and pickup on your website. Setting these correctly prevents booking chaos and helps you manage your day efficiently.

Where to Find This Setting

Go to Rentals → Rental Settings → Booking and Availability

Recommended Setup

• Less is more!

Drop-off window: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (customers choose when you arrive to deliver)

Pickup window: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (customers choose when you come back to pick up)

This setup keeps deliveries in the morning while giving flexibility for pickup throughout the day. It also naturally supports same-day and next-day rentals. Before finalizing your setup, test how these windows appear during booking (see: How to Place a Test Booking Before Going Live)

Tips

• The fewer time options you give customers, the less likely they are to get confused and abandon the booking. Keep your windows simple.

• You can limit how many deliveries you take per time slot so you do not overbook.
