How to Set Up Distance-Based Delivery

Steps

1.    Go to Rentals → Delivery Fee

2.    Select Distance-Based as your delivery method

3.    Add mileage ranges — for example: 0–10 miles: $25 fee, 10–20 miles: $50 fee, 20–30 miles: $75 fee

4.    Save your settings

5.    Go to Website → Checkout Settings → Payment Configurations to set up your tax rate separately

Common Issues

•       Taxes not showing at checkout — with distance-based delivery, taxes are not configured in the delivery section. You must set them in Checkout Settings → Payment Configurations.

•       Wrong delivery fee charged — double-check your mileage ranges and make sure they do not have gaps or overlaps.
