How to Navigate Your Dashboard

What This Is

A quick overview of where everything lives in BRS so you know where to go as you start setting things up.

The Main Menu (Left Side)

When you log in, you will see a menu on the left side of the screen. This is your main navigation. Here is what each item does:

•   Dashboard — Shows your calendar and all scheduled orders. This is your home base for the day-to-day view of what is coming up.

•   Rentals — This is where you manage your inventory, pricing, availability settings, and delivery rules. Most of your setup happens here.

•   Orders — All of your bookings and customer records live here. You can view, edit, and manage orders from this section.

•   Website — Controls your public-facing website. You can edit your branding, FAQs, testimonials, domain settings, and checkout options here.

•   Email — Manage your automated email sequences and send bulk emails to customers.

•   Texts — Manage automated text messages to customers.

My Website Button (Top Right)

At the top right of your dashboard, there is a button called My Website (see: How to Preview Your Site as a Customer). Clicking this opens your live site exactly as a customer would see it. Use this often to check how your changes look from the customer's perspective.

Your First Step

1.    Log into your BRS account

2.    Click My Website and browse through the site like a customer

3.    Add a product to the cart and go all the way through checkout — do not complete the order, just see how it flows

4.    Come back to the dashboard and click through each menu item to get familiar with the layout

Tip: Everything you see on the demo site is sample data. You will replace all of it during setup.
