How to Add Outdoor Surfaces and Charge for Them

What This Is

Outdoor Surfaces let you offer a list of setup surface options to your customers (for example, grass, concrete, asphalt, dirt) and optionally charge a fee based on the surface they select.

Where to Find It

Go to Rentals → Rental Settings → Surfaces.

How to Add a Surface

1.    Go to Rentals → Rental Settings → Surfaces.

2.    Click Add Surface

3.    Enter the surface name (for example, Grass or Concrete)

4.    Set the visibility toggle to control whether customers see this option at checkout

5.    Add a fee for the surface if you want to charge extra for it

6.    Save your changes
