How to Create a Bundle
What This Is
Bundles let you group multiple rental items into a single package that customers can book together.
Important
A product must be set as a Bundle at the time of creation. It cannot be converted from a regular product later.
If you try to switch an existing product into a bundle, the option will appear locked or unavailable.
Workaround:
Create a new product and set it as a bundle during setup. If needed, archive the original product afterward.
Example
Party Package: includes a bounce house, 10 folding tables, and 60 chairs — booked together at a flat package price.
Steps
1. Go to Rentals → Rental Items → Add Product

2. Set the product type as a Bundle

3. Select the individual items to include in the bundle

4. Set the bundle price. (To set price see: How Time Increments Work (Day-Based Pricing), or How Pricing Options Work (Fixed Rental Packages).
5. Save/Create Product
How Bundle Inventory Works
Bundles do not have their own inventory count — they pull directly from the individual items included. If a bundle includes 5 chairs and 1 table, it uses those items' inventory.
To control how many of a bundle can be booked, adjust the inventory counts of the individual items inside the bundle.
